Daisys are one of my favorite flowers. Some say they represent new beginnings and motherhood.
I found this quote appropriate as I have been immersed in digitizing old family videos and photos to share with my children. What a joy it is to watch them! Little moments captured. At the time, I was so busy it was hard to be in the present moment while I was making all the moments happen! Although I would get teased for always having a camera in my hand, I am glad I didn't put it down.

Fireworks were flying last night for the Super Bowl! Although I was rooting for the Eagles of my home state, it was a match of courage, imagination and determination of both teams! The patriotic tears of Eagles coach Nick Sirianni during the National Anthem touched so many hearts. My reference photo was taken on the Fourth of July here at the lake. We are blessed to have the owners of The Hardwoods put on a magnificent firework display each year as we gather around the campfire to watch from the shoreline. So many venture out on the lake with their boats there is a sea of tiny colorful lights. It's a wonderful sight and we are so grateful for the Butler family's generosity each year.
